Returns & Refunds

Because personalized and engraved items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Please include your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged.
